Client communication takes place via email, scheduled phone calls, virtual meetings or in-person meetings during regular business hours. To keep communication streamlined and professional, I manage all written project details through email rather than text. This helps ensure everything is clearly documented and easy to revisit at any stage of your project. To maintain a healthy work-life balance and respect your personal time, we generally do not respond far outside our business hours.

While I don’t maintain a preferred trades list, I can absolutely guide you on how to find and evaluate the right trades for your project so you feel confident in your decisions.

I take a thoughtful approach to sourcing, curating distinctive, well-made pieces that are tailored to the needs of your project. My process draws from a mix of high and low retailers—balancing investment pieces with more accessible finds—to create a layered, elevated result. This includes local shops, to-the-trade vendors for exclusive designer offerings, trusted online sources for breadth of selection, and custom pieces crafted by skilled artisans when the design calls for it. This flexible, well-rounded approach allows me to achieve a polished look while working within a range of budgets.

As part of your In Person or Virtual Colour Consultation, your Colour Report will include all necessary information about paint samples and testing. This is an essential step before painting.
